How to Register
To register with the practice you will need to contact the surgery and inform us that you wish to register. You will be eligible to register if you live within our practice area.
When you register you will need to provide 2 forms of identification. Please choose one from each of the following lists:

Bank card/statement
Wage slip |
Patients register with the Practice, not with an individual GP. When making appointments you may express a preference as to which doctor you would like to see. However, if you request a particular Doctor please be aware there may be a wait to see him/her.
